In-stock products are typically dispatched within 1 to 5 business days following payment confirmation.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders reserve production allocation before stock completion.

Estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance only and may change due to manufacturing schedules, supplier delays, freight disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

TWCO. will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays where possible.

Shipping Methods

TWCO. ships internationally using carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other logistics providers selected at our discretion.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Global events or disruptions

  • Incorrect customer information

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

International customers are solely responsible for any import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, brokerage fees, or local taxes imposed by their country or customs authority.

Shipping Liability

TWCO. is not responsible for failed deliveries, unclaimed shipments, refused packages, customs delays, or additional charges resulting from unpaid duties or taxes.

Once a shipment has been transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been issued, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
